KidFit Program

This class is motivated to expose children to a variety of sports at a young age and introduce the rules and orientqtion of the sport in a small group setting.  The class sizes are any where from 6 to 10 children per class.  The group sizes are designed to support more one on one attention to each child while they are learning the sport.  KidFit is a month-to-month program that teaches 8 different sports over the course of 12 months.  The way the program works is once a week children will be taken out of the clsas at a non-academic time to enjoy structured activities, games and drills that coincide with the sport of the month.  KidFit is broken into two sessions as show below:

Ages 3-4 1/2 years old is 30 minutes once a week

Ages 4 1/2 to 6 years old is 45 minutes once a week

Baseball/T-Ball

Soccer

Basketball

Floor Hockey

Golf

Football

Track & Field

Dodgeball (Throwing and Catching Fundamentals)
